| Prior to co-founding GPE, Mrs. Trocmé-Le Page was an Associate Director at Crédit Agricole Indosuez where she worked with Patrick Petit in managing the bank's worldwide private placement business. |

| Prior to this, Mrs. Trocmé-Le Page was a Senior Vice President with Crédit Agricole in charge of large U.S. Institutional clients. Mrs. Trocmé-Le Page began her career in New York as a financial analyst on Wall Street. |

| Mrs. Trocmé-Le Page has an MA in Finance from Paris-Dauphine, and an MBA from University of New York, Baruch College. |
